Better English

THE CREATURE MAN

It was my first book borrowed from a library of my English course (EC). It is an Oxford Bookworm. And I do not want to publish the tittle exactly. Just guess..? In this page, I want to retell the stories of any books in English

The creature was in the shop. He was a dirty man in an old coat. he had a cloth over its head because of the cold.I looked at the creature and felt sad. The left arm had wonderful skin and the fingers were long and beautiful. This creature was very interesting. I bring him to my hospital. I want to study about him. It was difficult to bring him there because he cannot walk well. After I finish studying about him, he left the hospital and I did not see him again for 2 years. Then a police brings him back to my hospital. Because of a newspaper donation, we gave him 2 rooms as his house at the back of the hospital. I don't want nurses to laugh at him. He had a little picture of his mother. One day, he had an important visitor, the Queen. That Lady was wonderful, he said. A lot of important ladies and gentlemen visited him. Most of them said, You are a very interesting man. After Christmas, he wanted to go outside the hospital. He go to a theater and a country. He was very happy. Six months later, I found him dead in bed. I wanted to sleep on his back like us. Poor of him ...

THINGS ABOUT TWINS

Taken from National Geographic magazine

To researchers around the world, twins offer a precious things. It is about influence of genes and environment. Identical twins come from a single fertilized egg that split in two. They share virtually the same genetic code. Any differences between them, for example darker skin, must be from environmental factors such as more time spent in the sun.. It is obvious!
Some researchers reached a controversial conclusion about twins. For people raised in the same culture with the same opportunity, difference in IQ reflected largely differences in inheritance rather than in training or education. There is strong influence of heredity.
Things written in pen you can't change, that's DNA. Things written in pencil you can, that's epigenetics. When you look at twins, much of what they share is hardwired. Things about them are absolutely the same and unalterable. But when you get to know them, that other things about them are different.

THE TRIBES

(lonely planet)

A family, race, or series of generations, descending from the same progenitor, and kept distinct, is called a tribe. That is what a dictionary said. But this magazine challenges the reader by asking this question: How do you film an un contacted tribe without making contact? Because if you really like travelling, then you must be ware. there are estimated to be more than 100 isolated groups in South America, unknown number in Papua New Guinea plus a few others scattered around the world.

EASY TRIPS

(lonely planet)
Singapore is the most easiest destination from my country. Especially for the amusement park for my kid. By Flying to Changi airport with many airlines, just pick the flight that you like, in term of price and quality.
Hong Kong, I have not been there yet. People said it is fascinating to have your holiday there. Even my kid dreams to go to Hong Kong Disney World.
Thailand? Why go there? Papa likes eating Tom Yam Soup. But actually I have not been to Phuket, one of the favorite beach. So far,we only go to Phuket Restaurant in Yk, tasting its cuisine and it's delicious!
Tokyo, Japan also creates good adventure. But we need to have more money to afford. And this is also my kid's dreaming: go to Disney World!
This magazine suggests us to go to Yogya Indonesia. Yes, definitely it is a good city and i'm proud being born there. It's truly my city. If tourist often seeks for gamelan there, then I will search for delicious culinary in Yogya.. fantastic!
Australia, well, with some hours of flying.. it is worth.. because it has a unique climate, different to our country. Most of its towns are quiet, except Sydney and Melbourne. The gardens are beautiful, so any time we walk around the town.. it will create fresh air.
